Asteroid Please! is an irreverent Colorado indie band that came together in 2023 to drive a fresh new indie jam sound with pop, alt and funk undertones, blah, blah, blah... We had that intro for while, but it felt inauthentic. So here's the deal, our musicians HAVE played with countless nationally recognized folks like Gavin DeGraw, Nickelback, Jessica Simpson, and Buckethead at venues like Shoreline Amphitheater (CA), The Woodlands (TX), The Sweetwater (CA), Boulder Theater (CO), and many others. We have stories. Our music has been featured on TV hit shows like One Tree Hill and Summerland, and it's true that we've written custom tracks for everyone from Warner Brothers to USA Fencing. All that means is we're worth a shot. 

Our new EP, The Age of Big Stupid, mixed by Grammy-winning producer Steve Vidaic, drops this October. We’ll kick things off by launching the Roots Music Festival 2025 on October 17 at License 1 (venue below the Boulderado Hotel) in Boulder, CO. Info below. What we're working on:

- 21+ EP Release Party - Asteroid Please! is kicking off the Roots Music Festival 2025 on October 17th at 6pm at License 1 (the music/venue under the Boulderado Hotel - https://www.license1boulderado.com). We are one of the launch bands to an incredible weekend with over 100 artists playing 14 venues in and around downtown Boulder. Block your weekend! Buy tickets for a day or the full weekend and walk around from venue to venue, supporting Colorado music at its best! This is a great event for the Colorado music community! - All Ages EP Release Show - Given our Roots Fest show turned out to be 21+, we're also  planning an all-ages EP Release Party now as well, so keep an eye out for that show announcement. Details TBD.

- The new EP's is entitled "The Age of Big Stupid", because...well... Anyway, the EP is mixed by Grammy Award-winning Colorado producer and engineer, Steve Vidaic. Steve is an incredibly talented musician, producer, and mixing/mastering jedi. He is also an amazing human being who we deeply respect. We're excited to release it into the wild in October!

- Asteroid Please! was selected for an exciting Colorado compilation album that will be announced in the coming weeks and released later this year! We're honored to be included with such an amazing roster of CO artists. More to come on that.
